Returns & Shipping Policy


Due to sanitary reasons, there is absolutely NO returns on skincare products. This includes: butters, creams, body oils, and scrubs.  If your product arrives damaged, please email pictures to and attempt to resolve the issue with you. If you have an issue with your order, after 2 weeks of receiving it, your purchase will not be exchanged nor refunded.

Our body butters are oil based, they are at risk of melting. Please track your order so your order is not left outside to melt.  If melting does occur, place butter in a cool area and allow it to solidify. Once it’s solid again, it will be perfect to use.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order at any point BEFORE it leaves our facilities.  As soon as it has a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled.

***Make special note: if the item is not packed correctly upon return and returns to us damaged, opened, and un-resellable, we will not be able refund you.

  1. Returns must be pre-approved, returned within 7 days in the original box and in sellable condition.
  2. Shipping charges are additional and non-refundable.
  3. Save all packaging for returns and repairs.
  4. Damages must be reported at the time of delivery.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
